Data we collect
Through the form we collect: full name, WhatsApp phone, nationality, language, type of procedure and any comments you provide.
We also process the data you provide when booking an appointment or contacting us by WhatsApp or phone.
Purpose
To respond to your request for information, manage appointment bookings and, where applicable, provide the immigration advisory services you contract.
Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent when submitting the form and, where applicable, the performance of the services relationship and compliance with legal obligations.
Retention
We keep your data while we handle your enquiry or services relationship and, thereafter, for the periods legally required. When they are no longer necessary, they will be securely deleted.
Recipients
Form data is stored in Google Sheets and appointment booking is managed through Calendly, providers who act as data processors. We do not transfer your data to third parties except where legally required.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@extranjeriaconsulting.com.
If you consider that the processing does not comply with regulations, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (www.aepd.es).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
