Data we collect
Through the form we collect: full name, WhatsApp phone, nationality, language, type of procedure and any notes you provide.
We also process the data you give us when booking an appointment or contacting us by WhatsApp or phone.
Purpose
To handle your information request, manage appointment booking and, where applicable, provide the immigration advisory services you engage.
Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent when submitting the form and, where applicable, the performance of the service relationship and compliance with legal obligations.
Retention
We keep your data while we handle your enquiry or service relationship and, afterwards, for the periods legally required. When no longer needed, it is securely deleted.
Recipients
Form data is stored in Google Sheets and appointment booking is handled through Calendly, providers acting as data processors. We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@extranjeriaconsulting.com.
If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
