Arraigo and regularisations
Arraigo and regularisation procedures allow many foreign nationals to obtain a residence authorisation in Spain when they meet certain requirements.
The most common options include Social Arraigo (for those who have remained in Spain and can prove ties or integration), Sociolaboral Arraigo (with a job offer or employment relationship meeting the requirements), Socio-training Arraigo (for those wishing to undertake training to enter the labour market) and Family Arraigo (for those with family ties to Spanish citizens or legal residents).
Every case is different and the requirements may vary depending on personal circumstances. We study your case in a personalised way to identify the most suitable route, review the necessary documentation and support you throughout the process.
